01. What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum quantity per order is 10,000yds. (For piece dye, minimum quantity is 2,000yds per color. For yarn dye, minimum quantity is 4000yds per design. For print fabric, minimum quantity is 3,000 yds per design.) This is our basic norm but can be reviewed and readjusted if the situation warrants.

02. What is your lead-time for production?

Production lead-time is approximately 3-4 weeks depending on the size of the order and the availability of yarn. Generally speaking, this is the rule of thumb, however often we are able to complete an order in 30 days and then ship. Penfabric’s commitment to you is this: We will not take any order unless we are certain that we will hit your "in-hands" delivery.

03. What are your terms of payment?

We accept payment by irrevocable letter of credit (LC) at sight. Details of our bankers are as follows:

04. Why is the fabric which was quoted to me not on your website?

Basically we custom-make our products to customer's requirement.

05. What fabrics do you carry?

We carry 100% Cotton, T/C, CVC and 100% Polyester woven grey and finished fabric in various density, pattern and width, and 100% polyester yarn for sewing thread. For more information, please visit our marketing information.

06. Where can I place my inquiry?

You may place your inquiry in our pre-formatted inquiry form to Sales Administration and we shall direct your inquiry to the respective regional departments to attend to you.

07. Can I add on to or change my order?

You can add on to an order but it will be shipped separately from the first order unless Sales can hold back the first one. You can make a change to your order if the order has not been processed, otherwise it will be treated as a repeat new order.
